Why sustainable?
The café has adopted sustainable initiatives to ensure the well-being of the environment. For example, little to no plastic is used in the café,they encourage consumers to bring their own mug for takeaway and they charge extra for paper cups (which also feature recycling instructions). This way they aim to reduce the use of single-use cups. Barista Cafe also offers a large variety of delicious vegan pastries and ensures that their coffee is obtained sustainably.
