Happy Tosti is a breakfast and lunch restaurant where consumers can enjoy tostis, paninis, yogurt bowls or different soups. They also offer gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options. Their main goal is to provide a fun, educational, and paid job to as many people as possible with or without disabilities.
Happy Tosti has obligated themselves that at least 65% of their worked hours must be done by people with a disability. Besides that, they choose to use sustainably made products, such as bio bread, cheese, and coffee. The soup is made from otherwise wasted vegetables. They try to reduce food waste as much as possible, they use little to none food packaging, they separate their trash as much as possible, and work digitally where possible to limit the use of paper.
Decent Work and Economic Growth: They create a productive workspace and reduce the amount of unemployed young people.
Reduced Inequalities: They strive to work with and include people with disabilities by offering them jobs and educating them.
Responsible Consumption and Production: They strive to use mostly sustainable and, when possible, organic products. Besides that, they try to reduce their food waste and packaging.
